•Doula-ing
– Birth and Post Natal
My aim and my intention as your Doula is to offer emotional
and practical support as you set out on this new
and very exciting journey. My strength, I feel, is my ability
to create a safe space,
a supportive environment for your birthing experience and while
you get to know your baby.
Doula Services may be broken
down into 2 separate parts.
The first being support offered before,
during and immediately after the birth.
The second being post natal support in
the family home in the first few weeks with your baby.
Of
course you may choose to have this same level of support for
the whole period.
I am available to be both your birth doula and/or your post
natal doula.

The
support package offered would be built around your needs,
always with a degree of flexibility.
