•A Blessingway Celebration

I was a little apprehensive about the Blessingway Ceremony as with all things unknown,
however the best way to describe this experience is like a Spiritual Baby Shower,
where you are literally showered with Love from those women closest to you.

I had my 2 year old daughter present who spent the first 10 minutes
asking constantly "what are you doing mummy"?
Doreen asked us all to particpate in a meditation
and my heart sank as I love to do a meditation just without Rosie running round like a mad thing.
However within in the first couple of minutes she lay down on the mat in front of me
and cuddled her teddy bear and just relaxed completely.
I could then relax too and enjoy the remainder.
I have never seen a child react in such a way which shows the energy was beautiful that afternoon.

My Blessingway Ceremony was something very special
and has created memories I will treasure forever,
as well as being able to take time to focus on Baby number 2 for a whole afternoon and not feel guilty!

Thank you so much Doreen, for such a lovely day,
you are a very special woman who has definitely been brave enough to follow her calling,
it is almost like you don't need to try it comes so naturally to you.
